Curl Up is committed to offering high standard service and aims to send out all orders the latest 2 working days after they are placed, subject to payment and stock availability.
The shipping cost will automatically be displayed in your shopping cart, and varies according to the destination of the delivery (Belgium, Europe, outside Europe) and of seize/weight of the package. All items are shipped in bubble envelopes or for larger orders as a package. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email to keep you informed on the estimated date of arrival of your parcel.
Shipment is generally serviced by Bpost. Generally the rates charged by Curl Up are as follows: Belgium: 6.5 €; Europe: 13.5 €; Outside Europe: 22 €. Nevertheless these rates are only guidelines and vary slightly between items, and depend on how many items you want to ship per order.
Curl Up currently ships to Belgium, Europe, Australia and the United States of America. If you want us to ship to any other destination please contact us info@curl-up.com before finalizing your order. For door to door deliveries within the United Arab Emirates, please contact us info@curl-up.com before placing an order.
If you order goods from our website for delivery outside Europe, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
