These terms and conditions form the basis of the agreement between Curl Up and its valuable customers and apply to all transactions made from the Curl Up website and the use or access to this website.
The prices and charges mentioned per article are in terms of Euros (€) and they are exclusive of shipment and delivery cost. The shipment and delivery charges will show when an item is added to your cart.
Shipment is generally serviced by Bpost. Curl Up is not responsible for potential mistakes, damaging or delays by Bpost.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Curl Up if an order does not arrive timely. Consequently Curl Up will make the necessary enquiries with the shipment company to ensure the delivery occurs as soon as possible. Delays in delivery of any kind do not give cause to renounce the purchase or does not lead to the payment of compensation to the buyer. Curl Up reserves the right to perform partial delivery of orders.
The buyer is responsible of giving the correct delivery address and other shipment details, if inaccurate information leads to delivery problems this may lead to extra charges claimed on the buyer.
Orders to be delivered outside Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Curl Up has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipment and delivery of goods occurs as soon as the amount due is received by Curl Up. Awaiting payment, orders are being reserved during 7 calendar days. If payment occurs after this term it cannot be guaranteed that all the items of the order will still be available.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Curl Up reserves the right to cancel orders (or a part thereof) or refuse service to anyone at any time.
If an item does not meet your expectations it can be returned considering following conditions: A renounce of purchase must be announced by email (info@curl-up.com), the latest 7 calendar days after receiving the goods. The item(s) must be returned at own expense and at own risk. Curl Up cannot be held liable for goods that are lost in transit. The returned goods must be shipped the latest 10 calendar days after receiving the initial shipment. All items must be in the intact original packaging, returned items must be undamaged and with original tags attached, unworn and/or not used, and unwashed. Curl Up reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met. Upon proper receipt of the items Curl Up will exchange the article and send you the newly selected item or will refund the purchase price, less delivery costs, to your account. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date that Curl Up received your returned item. Discounted items and customized products cannot be returned.
Each washable item sold by Curl Up has a care label attached to it. Please read the care label and washing instructions carefully and treat the item accordingly. Do not tumble dry clothing unless stated specifically on the care label. When washing, wash items of similar color, making sure you use the correct washing temperature. If an item bears embroidery, a screen print or heat pressed decoration, ensure to wash and iron the item inside out.
The information on the Curl Up website is published with great care and concern; product details, pricing and other info shown is as accurate, complete and up to date as possible. Nevertheless Curl Up disclaims responsibility for any errors or omissions.

All sizes are approximate. Please take note that all items are homemade and individually decorated, thus purchased items might differ slightly from the pictures displayed on the site.
